These data protection regulations apply to websites operated by flirtano GmbH. Our websites may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old.

In order to find you a suitable partner, we need to know some of your data. If you give us your consent during registration, we will collect, process and use your personal data in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations (GDPR).

1. Data you provide to us

Master data: nickname, e-mail address, password, gender, gender being searched for, date of birth, relationship status

Personal characteristics: character traits, height, eye and hair color, hair length, build, ethnicity, profession, education, drinking and smoking habits, body jewelry, sexual preferences, erotic type (based on user-selected images)

Search profile and other information: country, region, county/city, postal code, personal welcome message, profile pictures

Your transaction data: customer ID, messages, date of first registration, activity on our website, type of access (mobile/desktop), internal tracking code, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, IP address, device ID, mobile phone provider

As part of a Premium Membership, we also collect: residential address, first and last name, telephone number and payment data. We forward credit card data via a secure connection to our contractual payment service providers and only store this data anonymously.

Some of the information that you voluntarily provide may be considered “special” or “confidential” in some jurisdictions, such as information about your race or ethnicity, sexual orientation or beliefs. By deciding to provide this information, you expressly consent to our processing of this data.

If you ask us to communicate with other people or otherwise process other people’s information (for example, if you ask us to send an email to one of your friends on your behalf), we will collect the information you provide about other people in order to respond to your request.

When contacting the provider (for example via contact form or email), the information is stored for the purpose of processing the request and in the event that there are any follow-up questions. Such personal data voluntarily transmitted by a data subject will be stored for the purpose of processing the data or for contacting the data subject. We store our correspondence with you for one year after your account has been deleted.

2. Information that is collected when you use our services

Application information: we collect information about your activity on our website, for example how you use our website (features you have used, searches, clicks and pages displayed to you, referring website addresses, advertisements you have clicked on) and how you interact with other members (for example, other members you contact and interact with, time and date of your interactions, number of messages you send and receive). We may also, with your permission, collect your photos and videos.

Device information: when you visit our website, for technical reasons, your Internet browser automatically transmits data to our web servers, which we record as log files: date and time of access, URL of the referring website, accessed file, transferred data volume, browser type and browser version, operating system, IP address, domain name of your Internet access provider. Recording this information is mandatory for websites and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a natural person. The data is evaluated for purely statistical purposes, stored separately from other data and subsequently erased.

3. How we use your personal data

We use your personal data to provide the services you have requested, to carry out and manage the business relationship between you and us (for example, for payment collection, billing and debt collection and accounting purposes) and to provide the customer services you have requested. We also use your personal data to comply with legal requirements (for example, retention requirements), to protect the security of our services, to detect security risks or other criminal activities, to enforce existing contracts or to defend legal claims.

We use your data to help you contact other members (we analyze profiles to suggest members or to show you the profiles of other members).

We also use your data to send you offers that are of interest to you (such as discounts, competitions and advertisements) and to improve our services.

Processing your personal data is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including the performance of our (contractual) business relationship with you. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation or your express consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. The transmission your personal data to our company is done on a voluntary basis.

4. How we share your personal information

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on or sold to third parties, unless you have given your consent or we are legally obliged to pass on this data in order to comply with applicable law or legal claims.

In order to find you a suitable partner, we need to forward your profile data and other data (for example, the messages you write and other communication you have with other users) to the appropriate members at your request and on your behalf.

We work with service providers to deliver and improve our services. These service providers support us in a variety of tasks, including data hosting and maintenance, development, customer support, marketing, advertising, mail services, payment processing and security operations. All of our service providers and partners must agree to strict confidentiality obligations. We regularly monitor compliance with this obligation.

We may also disclose personal information if disclosure would reduce our liability in an actual or threatened claim; where necessary to protect our legal rights and the legal rights of our members, business partners or other interested parties; to implement our agreement with members and to investigate, prevent or take other measures against illegal activities or other misconduct.

In order to portray our members as optimally as possible, you agree that all visible profile content that you post can be used by the provider on all portals with very similar content and subject matter as a part of the list of suggestions and for establishing contact. 5. Cross-border data transfer

The transfer of data as specified above may involve the cross-border transfer of data to other jurisdictions. If our service allows members to be located within the European Economic Area (“EEA”), their personal data will be transferred to countries outside the EEA. In these cases, we will use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards to allow data transfer from the EEA to other countries. Standard contractual clauses are binding commitments to protect the privacy and security of our members’ data between companies that transfer personal data.

6. Your rights

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. You also have the right to receive information free of charge about your stored data and, if applicable, a right to rectify this data, to restrict the processing of this data or to erase this data and, if applicable, a right to object due to a special situation. If you wish, you can request the erasure of your personal data. In this case, your personal data will be erased within a period of one month after the legality of the request has been established. Furthermore, as the data subject, you have the right to the provision and/or transfer of your personal data.

7. How we protect your data

All data that you send to us after registration or login will be transmitted in encrypted form. We make every effort to ensure that your data is secure and protected. We regularly check our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. We also regularly review our data collection, storage and processing methods in order to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures. A restrictive access authorization concept ensures that all employees only have access to the data required for their work.

8. How long we store your data

The data provided by you as part of a free or paid membership or provided by you voluntarily upon registration will be blocked from further processing upon completion of the contract and deleted after the expiry of the periods prescribed by tax and commercial law, that is, after a period of ten years, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data. If you wish, you can request the erasure of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 EU GDPR. In this case, your personal data will be erased within a period of one month after the legality of the request has been established.

Your account will not be deleted if we are required to retain it in order to verify our compliance with applicable laws, if there is an open question, a lawsuit or a dispute. In this case, we will retain the information until the problem is resolved. We may also retain data if it serves legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and user security. For example, data may be retained to prevent a user who has been blocked due to security issues from opening a new account.

9. Cookies and similar data collection technologies

9.1. We use cookies to make your visit to our website more enjoyable and to enable the use of certain functions. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. Most of the cookies we use are necessary for the provision of our service and are deleted from your hard disk at the end of your browser session (so-called session cookies). 9.2. We use other technologies, such as web beacons (also called pixel tags or clear gifs), tracking URLs and software development kits (SDKs) for the same purposes. Web beacons are small graphic files that contain a unique identifier. This enables us to recognize when someone uses our services or opens an email that they have received from us.

9.3. If you disable cookies, certain features on our website may not be available to you and some websites may not display correctly.

9.4. Most Internet browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You have the option of setting your browser to reject cookies, or at least to request confirmation from the customer before accepting cookies. If you decide to reject or disable cookies, this can reduce the range of the Milfs-service.

11. Giving your consent

By entering into a contract, I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data by flirtano GmbH or by third parties acting on behalf of flirtano GmbH for the above-mentioned purposes. Consent is logged by flirtano GmbH.

I have been informed that my personal data will be stored and processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the above-mentioned purposes. I have also been informed that my personal data is processed on a voluntary basis.

I can refuse or withdraw my consent to the processing of my data at any time with future effect without any adverse consequences for me. To withdraw your consent, please contact us by using the contact options listed under point 10.

12. Consent to the processing of your data for advertising purposes

I consent to flirtano GmbH sending me information about new or complementary products which are suitable according to my personal data. This also includes advertising by partner companies of flirtano GmbH. I can withdraw my consent to the storage of my data and its use for sending advertising at any time without any adverse consequences for me, free of charge or at any time with future effect.
